- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods such as flowers or sweets (prasad).
- Personal care items (e.g., attar/perfumes once opened).
- Customized or personalized idols and decor.
- Items bought on sale or clearance.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the
cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,
contact us immediately.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement if it has not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
