Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:

Before Service Commencement

  • More than 7 days before start date: Full refund of advance payment, minus administrative charges (10%)
  • 3-7 days before start date: 75% refund of advance payment
  • Less than 3 days before start date: 50% refund of advance payment
  • On the start date or after: No refund applicable

After Service Commencement

  • Services already rendered are non-refundable
  • Cancellation must be provided in writing
  • Notice period as specified in the service agreement applies
  • Any outstanding payments must be settled before cancellation

Cancellation by Ganpati Enterprises

We reserve the right to cancel services in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment by the client
  • Breach of terms and conditions
  • Force majeure events
  • Inability to fulfill service requirements

In case of cancellation by us (except for client breach), clients will receive a full refund of advance payments.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service cancellation as per the terms above
  • Duplicate or erroneous payments
  • Services not rendered as agreed
  • Material breach of service agreement by Ganpati Enterprises

Non-Refundable Items

  • Consultation fees
  • Administrative and processing fees
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client
  • Recruitment fees for successfully placed candidates

Refund Process

  2. Review Period: We will review your request within 7-10 business days
  3. Approval: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days
  4. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Required Documentation

To process a refund request, please provide:

  • Service agreement reference number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Payment receipt or transaction details
  • Any supporting documentation

Specific Service Terms

Recruitment Services

  • Placement fees are non-refundable once a candidate joins the client organization
  • If a placed candidate leaves within the guarantee period (as specified in agreement), a replacement will be provided at no extra cost
  • No refund will be issued if the candidate resignation is due to client's actions

Contract Staffing

  • Minimum billing period applies as per agreement
  • Early termination may result in penalty charges
  • Notice period must be adhered to for cancellations

Training Programs

  • Cancellation more than 15 days before training: 90% refund
  • Cancellation 8-15 days before training: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before training: No refund
  • Rescheduling may be available subject to availability

Payroll Management Services

  • Cancellation requires 30 days written notice
  • Prorated refunds for unused service period
  • Setup fees are non-refundable
  • Month-end processing once initiated is non-refundable

Modification of Services

Instead of cancellation, clients may:

  • Request service modification (subject to approval)
  • Postpone services to a later date (within 6 months)
  • Transfer services to another entity (with written consent)

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations:

  2. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
  3. If unresolved, escalate to management for review
  4. Final disputes may be subject to arbitration as per Terms and Conditions

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.):

  • Both parties are released from contractual obligations
  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Services may be postponed or rescheduled without penalty

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Only a portion of services has been delivered
  • Service quality does not meet agreed standards (subject to verification)
  • Mutually agreed upon between both parties

Processing Fees

Administrative and processing fees may apply to refunds:

  • Bank transfer fees
  • Currency conversion charges (if applicable)
  • Administrative processing fees (up to 5% of refund amount)
